Scott Haile
Scott Haile started his career in June of 1987 in Orlando, FL working with the MONY Group specializing in advanced markets for business owners. Estate Tax Planning, Business Succession and Structured Buy Sell Arrangements were his primary focus. Working with his father's CPA firm from the start, gave him access to the resources to learn and provide strategies to help clients throughout the years with this complex process. After relocating back to Tennessee in 1992 he continued his planning practice and started doing work in the employee benefits arena. By the year 2000 Scott had quietly grown the company to one of the larger benefit firms in middle Tennessee. He served on one of the first broker advisor boards for Blue Cross Blue Shield for a two-year term providing input to the needs of business owners pertaining to their benefit plans.
Entering the 2009-year he started the process of restructuring and developed a new business model to position his company to be a leader in the benefit community. Redefining the company’s objectives has provided a clear vision of their new processes and business strategies. Commitment to his profession and the determination to be the “best” will allow him to guide the company into the next generation of employee benefits.
Mary Newby - Plan Adminstrator
Mary Newby has been with Scott Haile & Company since 1997. She has been involved with all administration functions of the company during her tenure and is a key component of the entire business operation. She was co-creator and developer of "Total Client Management", a system developed in 1998 to manage employee benefit clients that is still used in the business operation. Her primary responsibility is overseeing benefits administration for all group clients to include all employee and employer issues. She has four account managers who make up her service team.

Sheila Haile - Reimbursement Administration
Sheila Haile joined the company in 2008 with 17 years of banking experience. She was involved in all aspects in the banking arena from mortgage banking to management. Her current responsibilities include qualifying and administering client reimbursement plans. With total customization in mind, design and the reporting process is unique to each client. In 2010 she will be involved in three additional capacities, accounting, group proposals and case presentations.

Jason Carpentor - Retirement Plan Administration/ Payroll Services

Jason Carpentor brings over 13 years of experience in retirement sales and administration to the company as a senior team member. He holds the Chartered Retirement Plans Specialist(CRPS) and Qualified Pension Administrators (QPA) professional designations. In addition to pension administration Jason oversees a payroll division that completes an important piece of the employer benefit platform. He currently provides services to over 800 clients.

Lori Meeks - Public Relations
Lori Meeks joined Scott Haile & Company in 2009 to oversee marketing and public relations. She is a Political Science graduate from Tennessee Tech University and has previously worked in a similar position with an insurance firm. She will oversee and manage marketing campaigns using the latest technologies.

Veronica Franks - HR Consulting
Veronica Franks became a senior team member in the fall 2008. With 13 years of experience as a human resources generalist, employment law specialist and HR consultant she adds an additional resource to the companies consulting platform. Having a degree in Communications and management, a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and a SPHR ( Senior Professional in Human Resources) designation has empowered her to provide Scott Haile & Company clients a source for a consulting partner.

Hershal E. Nardini - Advanced Planning Markets
Hershel E. Nardini brings over 36 years of experience to the company in the advanced personal and business planning markets. Being team member since 1992 he has partnered in many clients success stories. He specializes in case development to include COLI, Deferred Compensation and Estate Tax Planning. As an exclusive member of the Bramco brokerage group he has provided Scott Haile & Company the ability to participate in “jumbo case“ underwriting opportunities. His commitment to his profession over his career has made him a recognizable leader in this arena

Karen Tobias - Onsite Enrollments
As a senior team member since 2003, Karen has 18 years of experience with providing insurance products and services, specializing with worksite enrollment and product distribution with particular attention to the Public Sector and Transportation Industry markets. Karen has a BS and MA in English Education.
